Yes? Beginning in Spring 2026, you must facilitate the New York Secure Choice Program. It is New York State's retirement savings program for employees without access to a retirement plan at work.
1. For the employer, the Program is free to facilitate.
2. For the employer, the Program is easy to set up with minimal ongoing duties.
3. For the employees, the Program offers access to a valuable benefit to your employees.
4. For the employer, there are no fiduciary responsibilities.
5. For the employer, there are no employer contributions.
